However, upon his own remote viewing of Mount Hayes, Buchanan claimed the operation had become automated, with advanced equipment still functioning but no longer requiring direct personnel. - Mount Zeil, Northern Territory, Australia: In stark contrast to the Alaskan site, Buchanan described Mount Zeil as a “port of entry” to Earth for extraterrestrial visitors. He likened it to an international airport where alien craft would arrive, passengers would disembark, and vehicles would undergo maintenance. According to Buchanan’s account, the facility operated on multiple levels, with one designated for UFO arrivals and departures and another for servicing and support operations.
Perhaps one of the most startling aspects of Buchanan’s remote viewing of Mount Zeil involved a perceived awareness from the occupants that they were being observed. He recounted seeing “a gray female with a baby gray” in the area where travelers entered and exited, suggesting a direct acknowledgment of his remote presence.
- Mount Nyangani, Zimbabwe: This African location was identified as a repair centre specifically for extraterrestrial craft. Buchanan indicated that the site was heavily guarded, and he speculated that individuals who stumbled upon sensitive information or witnessed too much might face severe consequences, potentially leading to their disappearance.
- Pyrenees Mountains, Spain and France: Buchanan acknowledged that he had not personally investigated this particular location, leaving its specific functions and operational details uncertain from his direct experience.
Buchanan asserted that the extraordinary nature of these claims was bolstered by the fact that multiple remote viewers independently reached similar conclusions about the alleged bases. He emphasized that his remote viewing sessions were conducted “blind,” meaning he was unaware of the targets beforehand. The sketches he produced during these sessions, he claims, bore a striking resemblance to those created years earlier by Pat Price, which he interpreted as strong corroboration for the existence of these hidden installations.
The remote viewing sessions were a component of the CIA’s highly classified STARGATE program. This initiative, active during the Cold War, sought to leverage individuals believed to possess psychic abilities for military and intelligence applications.
