The lawsuit claims that in December 2025, two men associated with Stefon Diggs allegedly assaulted the plaintiff at a Miami nightclub. Disturbingly, the complaint states that Stefon Diggs’ brother, NFL player Trevon Diggs, was present and witnessed the incident.
The alleged victim claims to have sustained a catalogue of injuries during this confrontation at Tootsie’s Cabaret, including a torn ACL. Trevon Diggs is named as a defendant in the lawsuit alongside his brother. The legal action seeks damages for defamation, vicarious liability, and a conspiracy to harass the former employee.
As of now, Stefon Diggs has not issued a direct response to these new allegations, his focus seemingly fixed on the upcoming Super Bowl on Sunday, where he is expected to be a key offensive weapon for the Patriots.
