One of the star ingredients recommended by Dr. Sethi is cinnamon. This widely available spice, derived from the dried and ground bark of cassia trees, is a treasure trove of antioxidants.

Dr. Sethi explains, “Just a pinch of cinnamon can help lower blood sugar spikes and add powerful antioxidants.” This seemingly small addition can have a significant impact on metabolic health.
