This significant tally includes nominations for the coveted titles of Daily and Sunday Newspaper of the Year, underscoring the consistent quality and impact of the publication’s work across various platforms.
Journalists from both The Mail and The Mail on Sunday have been acknowledged by judges in nearly every major category, demonstrating a remarkable depth and breadth of talent within the newsroom. In several key areas, their dominance is particularly evident.

The competition for Feature Writer of the Year (tabloid) sees an overwhelming presence from Mail writers, with six out of the seven nominations. Esteemed journalists David Jones, Guy Adams, Ian Birrell, Jane Fryer, Richard Kay, and Richard Pendlebury have all been recognised for their compelling narratives and in-depth reporting.
Similarly, the category for Columnist of the Year (tabloid) features five nominations from The Mail.
