Hugo Taylor Seeks Post-Breakup Rejuvenation with Advanced Non-Surgical Facelift
Following a significant personal milestone, former Made in Chelsea star Hugo Taylor has opted for a discreet yet effective cosmetic enhancement. The 39-year-old was recently seen visiting Nova Clinic in London, where he underwent a £3,000 “invisible facelift,” a procedure gaining considerable traction among celebrities, including Baroness Karren Brady.

The treatment, known as Endolift, employs a revolutionary laser-emitting wire to precisely tighten the skin. This innovative, non-invasive process is designed to stimulate collagen regeneration, with the clinic reporting a remarkable 95% success rate in skin tightening. Taylor’s primary goals for the procedure were to achieve a lifted appearance in his upper cheeks and to address sagging around the eye area.
This foray into cosmetic refinement comes just a week after Taylor and his estranged wife, Millie Mackintosh, announced their separation after seven years of marriage. The couple, who share two young daughters, Sienna, aged five, and Aurelia, aged four, have reportedly experienced a challenging start to the year, leading to their difficult decision to part ways.

Dr. Maria Fario, a cosmetic doctor at Nova Clinic who administered Taylor’s treatment, elaborated on the science behind Endolift. “Endolift is a clinically proven treatment that works by delivering laser energy to the skin, heating tissue and stimulating collagen remodelling,” she explained. “This leads to immediate tightening and gradual collagen formation over time, resulting in a lifted, firmer appearance. It can be used on the face – commonly the jawline, chin, cheeks, nasolabial folds and neck – and on the body, where treatment can be customised.”
The enduring connection between Millie and Hugo began in their teenage years, with their early romance documented on the popular E4 reality series, Made in Chelsea. They first dated during the show and later married in June 2018.

Sources close to the couple revealed the sensitive nature of their separation. “Millie and Hugo are currently going through a separation and have sadly decided to split,” a source told the Daily Mail. “They have known each other for many years, and in recent weeks, have had serious conversations about their future, ultimately deciding it’s better for them both to part ways.” The priority for both parents remains their children and their family life, a sentiment underscored by the fact that separating was not a path they had ever envisioned. The couple is reportedly focused on navigating the practicalities of living apart and co-parenting their young children, hoping to manage this difficult period with privacy.
Millie Mackintosh, a prominent influencer, first encountered Hugo as a teenager. Their romantic relationship blossomed when she was 21, and they both rose to fame together on the E4 reality show. Mackintosh was previously married to rapper Professor Green, whom she wed in 2013 and divorced in 2016. It was in the same year that she reconnected with Hugo Taylor.

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Sienna, in 2020, followed by their second daughter, Aurelia, in 2021.

Baroness Brady’s Endorsement of Endolift
Hugo Taylor is not the first public figure to embrace the Endolift treatment. Baroness Karren Brady also sought out the same procedure at Rakus Clinic in London earlier in 2024. Her objective was to address what she described as her “dreaded jowls.”

Brady expressed her profound satisfaction with the results, noting the minimal disruption to her daily life. “I was home straight after the treatment, and went out for lunch the next day, no bruising and just slight swelling that went down really quickly,” she reported.
Understanding the Endolift Procedure
The Endolift treatment is positioned as the closest non-surgical alternative to traditional surgical facelifts and liposuction. It is a minimally invasive technique that utilizes an ultra-fine laser fiber, thinner than a strand of hair, to effectively tighten, lift, and restore definition to the skin.
The versatility of Endolift extends to addressing both skin laxity and excess fat. It can be applied to areas such as the chin and jowls to sculpt the jawline, or even to the arms to target “bingo wings.”
The process involves inserting the laser fiber into the deep dermis layer of the skin. Laser energy is then delivered through the fiber, generating heat within the tissue. This controlled heating prompts the skin to remodel itself and significantly boost collagen production, all without causing external damage to the skin’s surface.
Baroness Brady decided to undergo the Endolift procedure after noticing the early signs of ageing, particularly in her jaw and neck area. “As a woman of a certain age, I noticed the lower part of my face was starting to sag and I was starting to get the dreaded jowls people talk about,” she confided. “That was really my main concern when I went to see Dr Rakus and she recommended Endolift.”
She shared her initial apprehension about the invasiveness of the treatment, which was quickly dispelled. “Before having the treatment I feared it would be quite invasive, but it’s not at all. I was home straight after the treatment, and went out for lunch the next day, no bruising and just slight swelling that went down really quickly,” she stated.
Brady also highlighted the unexpected ease of the procedure. “The most unexpected part of the treatment was that it didn’t hurt, it didn’t take very long, there wasn’t any downtime, and it gave the sort of result that you’d usually only get by going in to have proper surgery,” she added. “Just a few weeks post treatment and I feel great and I am really delighted with my results.”
Dr. Luke Simmonds, an Aesthetic Doctor at Nova Aesthetic Clinic, provided further details on the procedure. “We inject a local anaesthetic into the area of skin being treated, and most people report feeling nothing during the laser treatment itself, and it has much less downtime than the surgical alternative,” he explained.
Dr. Simmonds also noted that while minor swelling and redness are common, these are usually tolerable and subside within approximately 48 hours, depending on individual skin types and conditions. Patients are typically able to resume their daily activities immediately after the procedure.
The visible improvements from Endolift treatment usually begin to appear around four weeks post-procedure. However, the full, settled results can take between three to six months to manifest, with some individuals experiencing continued improvements for up to 12 months. To maintain optimal results, a check-in appointment every 12 months is often recommended, though some patients find that a single session provides lasting benefits for two to three years.
It is paramount for individuals considering Endolift to ensure they are using the genuine FDA-approved device. The market has seen instances of counterfeit devices bearing similar branding, which have unfortunately led to severe medical complications.
