Her family confirmed the sad news on Monday AEDT via a heartfelt Facebook post. “This past Friday night our beloved Jennifer passed away,” the statement began, detailing a “long and arduous journey that ended with her surrounded by her family.” The post continued to paint a picture of Runyon’s vibrant spirit, stating, “She will always be remembered for her love of life and her devotion to her family and friends. I know from above she’s looking down on all of us with her beautiful smile. Rest in peace our Jenn.”

While the family did not disclose the specific cause of death, a poignant tribute from fellow actress Erin Murphy, known for her role in Bewitched, indicated that Runyon had been battling cancer. “So sad to share that my friend Jennifer Runyon Corman has passed away after a brief battle with cancer,” Murphy shared.
