The latest episode of The Masked Singer delivered a dramatic double elimination, leaving viewers gobsmacked as two prominent figures were unmasked. Among the four hopefuls who graced the stage for “Star Trek Night” were 14 Karat Carrot, Galaxy Girl, Stingray, and Cat Witch. His career was further celebrated in 2022 with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The judging panel’s guesses for 14 Karat Carrot were varied. Rita Ora initially suspected it might be Craig Robinson, while Ken Jeong leaned towards Steve Harvey. Jenny McCarthy posited Randy Jackson as a possibility. However, Robin Thicke astutely guessed Mathis, and his intuition was spot on.
Mathis reminisced about his younger days singing outdoors in Detroit, playfully calling out to friends who he felt should have recognised his talent then.
