Xiaomi has introduced a new, feature-packed refrigerator to the Chinese market, the Xiaomi Mijia Refrigerator Pro Dual System French Flat‑Mounted 560L. This appliance boasts a substantial 560-litre capacity and incorporates a sophisticated dual-system design aimed at optimising food preservation and hygiene.
Currently available for pre-sale, the refrigerator is priced at 6,443 yuan (approximately $935 AUD). However, savvy shoppers can snag it for around 5,798.7 yuan (about $840 AUD) by utilising available coupons through the Chinese retailer JD.com.
Advanced Dual-System for Superior Preservation
The standout feature of the Xiaomi Mijia Refrigerator Pro is its dual-system configuration. This innovative design ensures that both the refrigerator and freezer compartments operate independently, each equipped with its own evaporator and fan. Xiaomi asserts that this separation is crucial in preventing the transfer of odours between the freezer and the fresh food sections, while simultaneously maintaining highly stable internal temperatures.
According to the company’s specifications, the refrigerator compartment can keep temperature fluctuations within a tight margin of ±0.5°C. This precise temperature control is vital for extending the shelf life of perishable goods. Furthermore, both the refrigerator and freezer compartments are fitted with a comprehensive ion purification system. This system actively works to reduce the presence of bacteria and neutralise lingering odours within the storage spaces, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment for your food.
