Royal Security on High Alert Following Buckingham Palace Protest
Buckingham Palace has been placed on “high alert” following a provocative protest that transformed the iconic landmark into a memorial for victims of Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking ring. The demonstration, organised by the group “Everyone Hates Elon,” saw protestors place memorial plaques honouring Virginia Giuffre, a key accuser of the late disgraced financier.
The plaques specifically remembered Virginia Giuffre, who repeatedly stated she was sexually assaulted by Prince Andrew when she was just 17 years old. Giuffre tragically took her own life last year at the age of 41, following a reported $15 million out-of-court settlement with the former royal. Andrew, however, has consistently denied any wrongdoing in relation to these serious allegations.
A Powerful Statement and Increased Scrutiny
The group’s bold statement at the Palace this week has undoubtedly amplified scrutiny on Prince Andrew. One of the plaques read: “In honour of Virginia Giuffre whose campaigning exposed sexual abuse by powerful men like Jeffrey Epstein. Her bravery and determination brought the truth to light. May she be remembered long after her abusers are forgotten.”
Andrew’s past association with Epstein, and the subsequent allegations made by Giuffre, have cast a long shadow over his public life. He was previously released “under investigation” after being arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office. This charge allegedly stems from claims that he shared sensitive information with Epstein during his tenure as a trade envoy for Britain.

This recent protest has significantly heightened security measures surrounding Prince Andrew. Sources indicate that while there is no desire to incur excessive public expenditure on his protection, the Royal family is acutely aware that any perceived vulnerability concerning Andrew could reflect poorly on the entire institution. Consequently, his monitoring has been substantially increased.
Fears for Safety and a Political Chessboard
The former prince’s dramatic arrest has also ignited concerns among his supporters about his safety, particularly if he were to be remanded in custody. One source ominously warned, “They want him in jail so they can murder him… just like they did to Jeffrey Epstein.” This sentiment highlights a deep-seated fear among some that powerful forces may be seeking to silence Andrew permanently.

A close associate of the former prince expressed “real fears for his safety” should he ever be held in custody on the misconduct charge. The belief among Andrew’s supporters is that the case is politically charged, with “powerful interests circling.” This suggests a perception that the legal proceedings are not solely about justice but are influenced by broader political machinations.

The chilling declaration, “They want him in jail so they can murder him… just like they did to Jeffrey Epstein,” underscores the gravity of the fears surrounding Andrew’s situation.
Royal and Public Reactions
King Charles III, 77, issued a statement on the day of his younger brother’s arrest, conveying his “deepest concern” and affirming that “the law must take its course.” He also stated that the police have his full cooperation. Buckingham Palace sources revealed that neither the King nor the Palace had prior knowledge of Andrew’s arrest.

Virginia Giuffre’s family responded to Andrew’s arrest by stating that it demonstrates “no one is above the law.” They extended their gratitude to Thames Valley police for their investigation and arrest of “Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor,” adding with indignation that Andrew was “never a prince.”
Maria Farmer, another alleged victim of Epstein’s abuse, commented on Andrew’s arrest, calling it “just the beginning of accountability and justice.” She lauded Virginia Roberts Giuffre as a “young mother who adored her daughter so deeply, she fought the most powerful on earth to protect her,” and urged for the downfall of “all the dominos of power and corruption.”
Meanwhile, former US President Donald Trump, 79, described Andrew’s arrest as “a shame” and “a very sad thing.” Speaking aboard Air Force One, Trump also praised King Charles as “a fantastic man.” Regarding Epstein, Trump stated, “But I’m the one that can talk about it because (I have) been totally exonerated. I did nothing.”
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed that its lawyers have been in contact with detectives but have not yet provided formal early investigative advice on Prince Andrew’s case.
