May she be remembered long after her abusers are forgotten.”
Andrew’s past association with Epstein, and the subsequent allegations made by Giuffre, have cast a long shadow over his public life. He was previously released “under investigation” after being arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office. This charge allegedly stems from claims that he shared sensitive information with Epstein during his tenure as a trade envoy for Britain.
This recent protest has significantly heightened security measures surrounding Prince Andrew. Sources indicate that while there is no desire to incur excessive public expenditure on his protection, the Royal family is acutely aware that any perceived vulnerability concerning Andrew could reflect poorly on the entire institution. Consequently, his monitoring has been substantially increased.

Virginia Giuffre’s family responded to Andrew’s arrest by stating that it demonstrates “no one is above the law.” They extended their gratitude to Thames Valley police for their investigation and arrest of “Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor,” adding with indignation that Andrew was “never a prince.”
