The lawsuit states that in December 2025, two men associated with Diggs allegedly attacked the plaintiff at a Miami nightclub. Disturbingly, the complaint claims that Trevon Diggs, Stefon Diggs’ brother, was present and witnessed the incident.

Injuries and Legal Ramifications

The victim asserts that he sustained a range of injuries during the alleged assault at Tootsie’s Cabaret, including a torn ACL. Trevon Diggs’ presence at the venue is also noted in the legal filing.

Consequently, the lawsuit names both Stefon Diggs and Trevon Diggs as defendants. The plaintiff is seeking damages for defamation, vicarious liability, and a conspiracy to harass.

As of the time of reporting, Stefon Diggs has not issued a formal response to these allegations.
