Since then, two separate sales negotiations have unfortunately collapsed, leading to its current re-emergence. Initially, the property was under offer in September 2024, with a subsequent listing by JET Real Estate in October 2025 carrying a $3.6 million price tag. Interestingly, the current listing, managed by First National Byron, boldly declares it is being “offered for sale for the first time” and presents it as a “truly breathtaking lifestyle and business opportunity” without providing a specific price guide.
